Begin your day with an early morning hot cup of tea or coffee after leaving your accommodation for a briefing about whitewater rafting. After, embark on a thrilling whitewater rafting adventure, taking you through different rapids for a long day as you enjoy the Nile River waters.

Itanda Falls is Uganda’s second most powerful waterfall after the Murchison Falls. It is located 27 km from Jinja town and a few meters away from the Source of the River Nile. Itanda is one of the first significant waterfalls formed by the Nile as it leaves Lake Victoria for its three-month journey to the Mediterranean Sea in Egypt. The Itanda Falls site is one of Uganda’s most fascinating yet less traveled places.

This is one of the “bujagali boat cruise” and “flat water tubing” package destinations; one of the cultural sites visited in Jinja as it’s said to be the home of the Magical “Jaaja Bujagali”, where his cultural ceremonies were carried out.
